Friday's road team, the Minster Wildcats are looking to continue what's looking like a run at the playoffs as they take on the St. John's Blue Jays. The Wildcats are already in good shape, projected to finish 2nd in the Region 28 playoff standings. On the other hand, the Blue Jays are projected to finish 18th in Region 28, which would not earn them a playoff berth. Minster comes into the game as the favorite, projected to come away with a 29 - 18 victory. This week's matchup pits two of the Division 7's best against one another. Minster ranks 1st while St. John's ranks 21st. The Blue Jays will go into Friday looking to prove that, contrary to statistical analysis, they are the better team. One of the more familiar matchups of week 6, both teams know what to expect. Minster will hope to continue the recent trend, in which they've won 4 of the last 5 matchups. Friday's a chance for both teams to settle the score after splitting the series in 2017. In their regular season matchup, the Wildcats came away with the victory by a score of 41 - 14. However, in the game that mattered most, the Wildcats came out on top 20 - 0.

Minster hopes to build off of last week's 62 - 35 win against the Parkway Panthers and finish the season strong. They're a high-powered offense, scoring an average of 36.6 points per game, ranking 13th in Division 7. Their defense gives up an average of 25.6 points per game, which ranks 54th in the division.

St. John's comes into Friday looking to put a halt to their 4-game losing streak and build some momentum moving forward. Last week's loss came at the hands of the Versailles Tigers, who beat the Blue Jays by a score of 27 - 0. The Blue Jays aren't particularly dominant on either side of the ball. On offense, they rank 77th in Division 7 with 14.8 points per game. Their defense, which gives up 30 points per game, ranks 70th in their division.

Prediction: Minster to win (86.61% chance of victory)
