For the Graham Falcons and the Southeastern Local Trojans, week 2 is a chance to edge out a victory over an evenly matched opponent. The Falcons come into Friday as 5-point favorites, but the Trojans will also step on the field expecting to come away with the win. Fans on both sides head into Friday expecting the win but only one of the two can come out on top. Having matched up in 2018, there is a degree of familiarity between the two. Last season, the Falcons beat the Trojans 27-14.

Graham is towards the bottom of the pack in terms of playoff probability, but it's extremely early in the season to make any definitive conclusions. With a win this week, the Falcons hope to turn the tables and prove themselves capable of surpassing their projected record for the season of 1-9. After a season-opening 41-0 loss against the West Liberty-Salem Tigers, they'll look to make improvements on both sides of the ball as the season goes on.

Southeastern Local comes into the week projected as the region's 25th-ranked team. However, it is early and only time can tell. They are projected to finish the season with a 0-10 record and hope to make Friday the first step toward exceeding that projection. After a season-opening 37-7 loss against the Northwestern Warriors, they'll look to make improvements on both sides of the ball as the season goes on.

Prediction: Graham to win (57.81% chance of victory)
